Marketing Project Manager

Role Purpose

Your job is simple:

Ensure every project runs on time, everyone knows what they’re doing, and no information is ever lost.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Communication
• Keep clients updated with weekly progress reports
• Conduct monthly review meetings (agenda + minutes + next sprint plan)
• Communicate timelines clearly and reset expectations when scope changes
• Track feedback versions & approvals in shared documents
• Project Tracking & Documentation
• Build and maintain project dashboards (Sheets/ClickUp)
• Create & update

  task trackers

  , status logs, change-request logs
• Organize briefs, files, and approvals in

  structured folders

• Maintain “Meeting Minutes” & post-meeting action items

Timeline & Follow-ups

• Plan realistic timelines for every task & revision
• Run daily internal check-ins and

  follow up without fail

• Identify risks before delays happen

  and flag them early
• Ensure team is accountable for their committed deadline

Quality & Compliance Check

• Review files before sending to clients
• Ensure brand guidelines & compliance requirements are followed

Vendor & Platform Coordination (Bonus)

• Liaise with printers, photoshoot teams, e-commerce operators
• Maintain a tracker for sample deliveries, packaging approvals, etc.
