Role Description: As a Partner Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing activities, particularly those centered around our partners. Your responsibilities will include: • Overseeing go-to-market (GTM) campaign operations across various products. • Managing Channel Partner Tools. • Coordinating channel events, workshops, webinars, and tracking pipeline from these activities. • Handling partner center deal management and allocation. • Owning end-to-end vendor management processes. • Collaborating closely with channel sellers and account managers. • Supporting reporting and analysis efforts to enable data-driven decision-making. Qualifications: • Previous experience in partner marketing operations. • Experience in the software services industry. • Knowledge of marketing and sales funding strategies. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Other Skills: • Ensuring solid rigor and governance for strategic alliance operations with named partners. • Managing alliance partner portals, including deal registrations, partner investments, incentives and rebates, market development funds, training and certifications, and updating repositories of partner agreements and capability decks. • Publishing pipeline trackers, win tables, governance documents, win-wires, case studies, win-loss analyses, partner incentives, and operational support documents. • Coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders, including service lines, sales teams, marketing, legal, and procurement. • Tagging relevant LTIM wins in partner portals to ensure accurate reflection in partnership health scorecards. • Providing logistical support for partner events, partner days, hackathons, partner visits, and alliance newsletters. • Maintaining the global alliances microsite. • Supporting all alliance governance activities for named strategic partners, including executive meeting preparation and quarterly business review (QBR) preparation
