The Role

As a Marketing Business Partner

You’ll have the freedom to test, build, and scale what works, backed by the company’s guidance, resources, and ad budget.

What You’ll Do

• Design and manage

  Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

  and

  TikTok Ads

  focused on conversions and growth.
• Create and test

  high-performing ad creatives

  and short-form content.
• Build and manage

  content calendars

  aligned with campaigns.
• Monitor analytics, report results, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
• Work closely with the founder to align on goals, budgets, and strategy.
• Scale campaigns and revenue while enjoying

  20% profit share

  on the results you drive.
