About Us


We are a fast-growing B2B lead generation and marketing agency that partners with janitorial and commercial cleaning companies across the U.S. Our mission is to help service businesses grow by connecting them with high-quality leads through email marketing and digital outreach.


We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist (Technical) to join our remote team. This role blends marketing operations with technical problem-solving. You will manage daily campaign workflows, support automation, and build in-house tools and dashboards to keep our systems running efficiently.


Responsibilities


Campaign & Data Operations


  • Maintain and update large datasets in Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM systems.


  • Research and validate business contact information.


  • Monitor campaign inboxes, track results, and ensure records are accurate.


  • Support personalization and QA for email campaign scripts.


Technical & Automation Support


  • Use APIs (e.g., Instantly API) to create internal tools, dashboards, and reports.


  • Work with automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, or similar) to streamline workflows.


  • Troubleshoot errors in scrapers, automations, or outreach platforms and resolve issues quickly.


  • Assist in managing bulk data processing (CSV handling, imports/exports, validations).


Process Execution & Improvements


  • Follow detailed SOPs for recurring operational tasks.


  • Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve efficiency.


  • Document new processes and improvements for the team.


Collaboration & Communication


  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns run smoothly.


  • Communicate effectively via Slack, email, and project management tools.


  • Provide weekly reports on campaign performance, tool usage, and workflow updates.


Requirements


  • Strong written and spoken English.


  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail).


  • Comfort working with APIs, automation platforms, and dashboards.


  • Ability to follow technical SOPs and troubleshoot issues independently.


  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.


  • Availability for 40 hours per week, aligned with U.S. business hours.


Nice to Have


  • Experience with email outreach tools (Instantly, Instantly API, Woodpecker, etc.).


  • Familiarity with automation platforms like Zapier, n8n, or Integromat.


  • Experience building scripts/tools (Python, JavaScript, or Google Apps Script).


  • Knowledge of CRM systems or lead generation workflows.


  • Previous role in software engineering, marketing operations, or lead generation.


Compensation


Base Pay: $1,150 per month


Performance Bonuses: Uncapped, based on accuracy and project completion


On-Target Earnings (OTE): $2,000 per month
