What You’ll Own Build & launch the program Draft the full call playbook, rebuttal library, QA scorecard and compliance checklist within 30 days. Select, deploy and administer the dialer/CRM stack (Instantly + HubSpot + predictive dialer). Recruit & coach the team Hire and ramp 4–6 telemarketers in the first 60 days; scale to 10+ by month 4. Deliver weekly coaching, side-by-side monitoring and QA audits; maintain ≥90 % script adherence. Drive performance & reporting Set daily talk-time, connect-rate and lead-conversion KPIs; publish live dashboards and Monday wrap-ups. Hit 250 qualified appointments/month by day 90 and 500+ by month 6. Process & compliance stewardship Own DNC/TCPA scrubs, call-record retention and STIR/SHAKEN-enabled routes. Coordinate seamless handoff to our U.S. account team within two hours of a qualified call. What We’re Looking For 5+ yrs managing international outbound voice operations (US process preferred). Proven success scaling a B2B appointment-setting or lead-gen team (SaaS, services or agency). Hands-on experience with modern cloud dialers, CRM integrations and QA platforms. Data-driven leader who benchmarks, A/B tests and iterates arguments quickly. Clear, neutral English accent; able to coach accent reduction and soft-skills. Comfortable working US hours and owning deliverables with minimal oversight. Nice-to-Have Prior exposure to janitorial / facilities-services clients.
