Job Description


We’re looking for a bright, ambitious engineer to join our lean team and take ownership of automation projects that directly power growth for global clients. If you have a strong technical foundation and want to build systems end-to-end — from design to deployment — this role gives you the freedom and impact you’re probably missing in a big company job.


What You’ll Work On


  • Build custom scrapers & data pipelines (e.g. Apollo, Google Maps).


  • Develop in-house email validation and deliverability tools.


  • Automate infrastructure workflows (mailbox provisioning, warm-up logic, monitoring).


  • Create dashboards & internal apps for lead tracking, billing, and performance.


  • Experiment with AI-driven reply handling and personalization to increase conversion rates.
