Marketing Operations Manager

Role Overview We're seeking a dynamic Marketing & Operations Manager to drive our academy partnerships and ensure smooth service delivery. This role combines relationship building with operational excellence to help badminton academies and players focus on their game while we handle every aspect around it. Key Responsibilities Academy Partnerships (40%) Identify and engage potential badminton academy partners in target regions Present StringUp's value proposition and onboard academies to our platform Build and maintain strong relationships with academy directors and coaches Drive adoption of the StringUp App among partner academies and players Collect and integrate feedback to improve our academy and player offerings Operations Management (40%) Coordinate racket pickup, restringing, and delivery processes Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met Troubleshoot logistics issues and develop process improvements Manage inventory levels for strings and badminton supplies Resolve customer service inquiries from both players and academies Product Management (20%) Research and establish relationships with badminton equipment vendors Negotiate favorable pricing for supplies including strings, shuttlecocks, and grips Determine optimal pricing strategy for different market segments Monitor product quality and customer satisfaction Identify new product opportunities based on market feedback Qualifications Required 2+ years of experience in operations, sales, or account management Strong communication and relationship-building skills Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with digital tools and willingness to learn our proprietary app Preferred Experience in sports industry or badminton specifically Background in logistics coordination or supply chain management Understanding of sporting goods pricing and market dynamics Previous success in B2B sales or partnership development Show more Show less
