BILLING & INVOICING Vendor code creation for all marketing vendors. PO generation based on Sales force request or Vendor quotation sent by product managers. PO & Invoice management Tracking of Invoice with payment details. PO Approval process with different departments. Raising invoices for marketing expenses, vendor payments, and other related costs. Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing as per agreed terms. Coordinating with internal teams and vendors for invoice approvals. Maintaining proper documentation for all billing-related transactions. Monthly MIS report generation. COMPLIANCE & DOCUMENTATION Ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines for payments and contracts. Maintaining proper records of agreements, purchase orders, invoices, and tax documents. Ensuring GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes are correctly applied and accounted for. Coordinating with finance and legal teams for audit requirements. VENDOR & MEDIA PAYMENTS Processing payments for advertising agencies, digital marketing vendors, event organizers, and other service providers. Verifying vendor contracts, purchase orders, and payment schedules. Managing advances and reconciling vendor accounts. Ensuring timely disbursement of payments to avoid service disruptions.
