Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Strategy

• Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies to build awareness and elevate the brand across digital, print, and on-ground channels.
• Position Villas by Noor as the premier choice for luxury villa rentals in Goa.
• Maintain brand consistency in visual identity and messaging across all touchpoints.

2. Digital Marketing

• Oversee performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) focused on lead generation and bookings.
• Manage SEO/SEM efforts to increase website traffic and improve ranking.
• Develop email marketing campaigns to engage existing and potential guests.

3. Social Media & Content

• Lead the content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan campaigns around seasons, festivals, influencer visits, and villa launches.
• Collaborate with content creators, photographers, and videographers for storytelling assets.

4. Partnerships & PR

• Build partnerships with travel agencies, wedding planners, influencers, and luxury lifestyle brands.
• Pitch and manage PR opportunities with travel and lifestyle publications.
• Handle reputation management and guest review platforms.

5. Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor key marketing KPIs: ROI, conversion rates, CPL, CAC.
• Prepare monthly reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and insights.
• Optimize campaigns based on data and trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, luxury, or travel sector.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
• Creative thinker with strong execution skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills – written and visual.
• Ability to work independently and manage remote vendors/agencies.
