Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead all marketing efforts across online and offline channels. This individual will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads, and increasing bookings for our exclusive portfolio of villas.


Key Responsibilities


1. Brand Building & Strategy

  • Develop and execute a cohesive brand and marketing strategy tailored for high-end clientele.
  • Establish Villas by Noor as a premium lifestyle and travel brand.
  • Lead the design and production of creative assets (with agency or freelancers).


2. Digital Marketing & Performance

  • Manage paid campaigns (Meta, Google, influencer tie-ups) with ROI tracking.
  • Monitor website performance and work with developers for UI/UX improvements and SEO.
  • Lead CRM and remarketing efforts via email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns.


3. Social Media & Content Creation

  • Curate and manage engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Oversee influencer collaborations and villa walkthroughs with high-quality storytelling.
  • Drive follower growth, engagement, and virality through strong content strategy.


4. Partnerships & PR

  • Identify and develop partnerships with travel agencies, lifestyle brands, and wedding/event planners.
  • Collaborate with PR agencies to secure editorial placements and brand features in relevant publications.


5. Offline Marketing

  • Lead the development of print collateral, in-villa branding, and event-based promotions.
  • Organize or participate in luxury exhibitions, hospitality showcases, or real estate events.


Who You Are

  • 4–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or travel.
  • Proven ability to build and execute marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of premium branding.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and project management skills.
