Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase market share in assigned regions. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, and project companies. Plan and implement promotional campaigns, events, and brand-building activities. Monitor customer feedback, product demand, and market trends to improve offerings. Manage digital marketing, advertisements, and communication strategies for brand awareness. Prepare marketing reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 5–10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the cement or building materials industry. Strong knowledge of cement market trends, construction sector, and distribution networks. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
