Marketing Manager who thinks like a founder

Key Responsibilities

📈 Growth & Demand Generation

  • Own and execute

    SEO, SEM, and organic content

    strategies to generate consistent inbound leads
  • Plan and run

    email + LinkedIn campaigns

    for targeted verticals (retail, manufacturing, BFSI, govt)
  • Track, analyze, and improve on KPIs: impressions, conversions, CPL, MQLs, and attribution


🧠 Brand & Positioning

  • Shape

    Transline’s brand narrative

    as an AI-first, enterprise-ready tech leader
  • Ensure

    consistent tone, visual identity, and positioning

    across all platforms (web, print, social)
  • Lead brand storytelling across founder content, company pages, decks, and brochures


🛠️ Product GTM & Sales Enablement

  • Build and execute

    GTM strategy for new product launches

  • Own all product marketing assets: decks, videos, landing pages, one-pagers, and case studies
  • Partner with sales to build

    high-conversion collateral

    and support pre-sales conversations


🌐 Social & Events

  • Manage

    LinkedIn + Instagram presence

    with high-quality, regular, and engaging content
  • Plan and coordinate

    event participation, booth strategy, and field marketing

    activities
  • Collaborate with leadership on

    thought leadership

    content and employer branding


What You Bring

  • 5–8 years

    of marketing experience in B2B, enterprise SaaS, AI, or government-tech ecosystem
  • Proven track record of

    owning and delivering measurable marketing outcomes

  • Deep knowledge of

    SEO, SEM, organic social, analytics, and automation tools

  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Experience working with

    product + sales teams

    and thinking in GTM motion
  • Bonus: Experience with

    GEM, RFP, or government project marketing

    is a plus
