This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about gaming, has a flair for coordination and client communication, and enjoys building strong business relationships within the events and entertainment industry. Key Responsibilities: Pre-Event Planning & Coordination Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements, timings, and venue logistics Prepare event checklists, manpower requirements, and console equipment planning Plan gaming setups (PS5, PS4, Xbox, VR, racing wheels, monitors, etc.) Schedule delivery/logistics and coordinate with transport vendors and rental staff On-ground Event Execution: Supervise event setup, ensure correct placement of branding, consoles, and displays Brief attendants and support staff about the event flow and gaming formats Manage guest experience, queue control, and smooth functioning during the event Troubleshoot any tech issues and maintain quality standards throughout the event Have to travel to different cities as and when needed.
