Job Summary:

Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive
marketing strategies and campaigns
to achieve business goals.
Plan, execute, and monitor
digital and offline marketing campaigns
across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, events, content marketing, PR).
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
Manage the
marketing budget
, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and deliver ROI.
Create and oversee content strategy, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using marketing analytics tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
8 years
of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of
digital marketing tools
: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, email marketing platforms, SEO/SEM tools, CRM systems.

Preferred Skills:

Masters degree or MBA in Marketing is a plus.
Experience in B2B, SaaS, e-commerce, or tech industry marketing.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Knowledge of graphic design and multimedia tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
