Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and manage all offline marketing activities for our retail business. The role involves strategizing, planning, and executing impactful marketing campaigns across traditional and on-ground channels to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and footfall to stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute offline marketing strategies aligned with business goals, including ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) activities.
  • Plan and implement in-store promotions, branding, signage, visual merchandising, and events to enhance customer experience.
  • Manage print, outdoor, radio, and other offline media campaigns to ensure consistent brand visibility.
  • Oversee local store marketing initiatives to drive footfall and sales.
  • Liaise with Brand partner’s, vendors, agencies, and creative partners for campaign execution.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to design innovative campaigns.
  • Track ROI and effectiveness of campaigns, preparing performance reports and analytics for management.
  • Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions.
  • Ensure all activities are within the approved budget and timelines.
  • Drive brand partnerships, sponsorships, and local collaborations for additional visibility.

  • Strong knowledge of offline marketing channels in the retail sector.
  • Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Strong project management, planning, and execution ability.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for brand aesthetics and customer experience.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills to track campaign performance.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in offline/retail marketing.
  • Proven track record of handling ATL/BTL activities in retail.
  • Experience in managing multi-location marketing campaigns preferred.
