Senior Catalogue Manager

Catalogue manager will work closely with various departments, such as marketing, sales and information technology (IT), to ensure that product catalogues address both the business&aposs needs and those of its customers. Additionally, these individual may be responsible for tracking and analysing product performance data, identifying trends and recommending improvements or changes.

Responsibilities

• Compile, manage and upload product listing, with all relevant and accurate information across categories
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback, and make data-driven decisions to improve product functionality and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive product innovation and optimization.
• Ensure all the product and service information listed on our website/marketplace channels is correct, high quality, easy-to-understand, consistent and complete with NO incorrect, misplaced or missing information.
• Manage the marketplace accounts so the brand quality/service reviews and ratings are maintained
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Marketing team, Branding Team, and operations, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product optimization.

Requirements and skills

• At least 5-6 years of experience in product management in an e-commerce environment.
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient with MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Should have a keen eye for detail
