Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive who will play a key role in managing and optimizing our digital campaigns with a strong focus on performance marketing. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, results-oriented, and capable of handling campaigns across multiple channels to maximize ROI and achieve business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other performance channels.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other analytics tools.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights.
  • Ensure campaigns meet KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and overall growth targets.

SEO & Content Support

  • Assist in keyword research, on-page optimization, and SEO content planning.
  • Support content creation and ensure alignment with paid and organic strategies.

Budget Management

  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend across platforms.
  • Provide recommendations on budget reallocation to improve efficiency.

Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work closely with creative, content, and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, digital analytics, and paid campaign management.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital content marketing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on performance campaigns.
  • Proven track record of managing paid campaigns and achieving performance KPIs.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of campaign ROI, ROAS, CPA, and CPL targets.
  • Increase in lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Growth in website traffic and engagement from paid channels.
  • Effective utilization of allocated budgets.
  • Timely and accurate reporting of campaign performance.
