Senior Catalogue Manager

Catalogue manager will work closely with various departments, such as marketing, sales and information technology (IT), to ensure that product catalogues address both the business's needs and those of its customers. Additionally, these individual may be responsible for tracking and analysing product performance data, identifying trends and recommending improvements or changes.

Responsibilities

• Compile, manage and upload product listing, with all relevant and accurate information across categories
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback, and make data-driven decisions to improve product functionality and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive product innovation and optimization.
• Ensure all the product and service information listed on our website/marketplace channels is correct, high quality, easy-to-understand, consistent and complete with NO incorrect, misplaced or missing information.
• Manage the marketplace accounts so the brand quality/service reviews and ratings are maintained
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Marketing team, Branding Team, and operations, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product optimization.

Requirements and skills

• At least 5-6 years of experience in product management in an e-commerce environment.
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient with MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Should have a keen eye for detail
