Job Description

As a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all offline marketing activities for our retail business. Your role will involve strategizing, planning, and executing impactful marketing campaigns across traditional and on-ground channels to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and footfall to stores. You will be tasked with developing and executing offline marketing strategies aligned with business goals, including Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) activities. Additionally, you will plan and implement in-store promotions, branding, signage, visual merchandising, and events to enhance customer experience. Managing print, outdoor, radio, and other offline media campaigns to ensure consistent brand visibility will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will oversee local store marketing initiatives to drive footfall and sales, while liaising with Brand partners, vendors, agencies, and creative partners for campaign execution. Monitoring competitor activities and market trends to design innovative campaigns and tracking ROI and effectiveness of campaigns will be crucial aspects of your role. Collaborating with the operations and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions and driving brand partnerships, sponsorships, and local collaborations for additional visibility are key components of this position. Your strong knowledge of offline marketing channels in the retail sector, excellent vendor management and negotiation skills, project management abilities, and creative thinking with an eye for brand aesthetics and customer experience will be vital for success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should have an MBA/PGDM in Marketing or a related field, along with 6-10 years of experience in offline/retail marketing. A proven track record of handling ATL/BTL activities in retail and experience in managing multi-location marketing campaigns are preferred. Additionally, strong analytical and reporting skills to track campaign performance and the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders are important competencies for this role.,
