Marketing Manager

Digital Marketing

• Develop and implement performance-driven digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, email, content marketing).
• Manage website content, landing pages, and analytics to optimize lead generation and SEO rankings.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to create compelling digital assets (videos, infographics, case studies).
• Drive social media strategy and execution across platforms to boost brand visibility and thought leadership.
• Own marketing automation workflows (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and lead nurturing.

Offline Marketing

• Plan and execute offline initiatives such as industry events, trade shows, customer workshops, and roadshows.
• Build strategic alliances with partners, influencers, and industry bodies to extend Metafusion s reach.
• Oversee branding and messaging for physical touchpoints (booths, printed materials, merchandise).
• Coordinate PR efforts and manage relationships with media and publications in the tech/AI space.

Strategic & Cross-functional

• Work closely with Sales and Product teams to align marketing goals with revenue objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights through regular reports and dashboards.
• Manage budgets and external vendors/agencies where applicable.

• 8+ years of marketing experience in B2B tech, preferably in AI, SaaS, or analytics.
• Proven success in planning and executing both digital and offline marketing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEM tools, CRM systems (ZOHO), and automation platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.
• Self-starter with strong project management and multitasking abilities.
