Role Overview:

We are looking for proactive and result-driven Marketing Executives/Managers to join our growing DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) media company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning and executing marketing strategies to promote our DOOH advertising network, engage partners, and drive business growth across Hyderabad and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns targeting property owners, RWAs, tech parks, and commercial complexes to increase awareness and adoption of our DOOH advertising screens.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to support business development efforts.
• Collaborate closely with sales and acquisition teams to align marketing initiatives with customer acquisition goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and improve marketing strategies.
• Manage digital and offline marketing channels including social media, events, email marketing, and local promotions.
• Organize and participate in promotional events, product demos, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Coordinate with creative teams and agencies to develop marketing collaterals and communication materials.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing, business development, or client engagement (preferably in media, advertising, real estate, or OOH sectors).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Comfortable with local travel within Hyderabad for events and client meetings.
• Basic understanding of advertising sales and contracts is a plus.
• Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi preferred.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Madhapur, Hyderabad.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in DOOH/OOH media marketing or real estate marketing.
• Prior involvement in launching marketing campaigns or managing client accounts in related sectors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
