Role Overview

We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead the entire marketing function. You will be accountable for strategy, execution, and performance across all major marketing channels, and play a central role in shaping Oppam’s growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Oversee paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, social media presence, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships.
• Strengthen Oppam’s brand narrative and ensure consistent communication across all channels.
• Own key metrics such as CAC, retention, brand reach, and marketing-driven revenue.
• Lead, mentor, and expand the marketing team, ensuring high-quality execution and innovation.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
• Collaborate with leadership, product, and operations to align marketing goals with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership capacity.
• Proven success in managing campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Strong background in both performance marketing and brand building.
• Analytical skills to track, interpret, and optimize campaigns using data.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and team leadership skills.
• Prior startup or high-growth company experience is preferred.
