Description

Homes & Gardens is bringing its global authority in design and lifestyle to India, and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to drive growth, advertising and brand partnerships. You’ll be responsible for developing commercial opportunities, building relationships with advertisers and marketing the India edition across print, digital, events and social. This role is about building a strong commercial foundation and amplifying a beloved brand in a dynamic new market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead advertising sales strategy, developing packages across print, digital and event
• Build and manage client relationships within the Indian design, luxury and lifestyle sector
• Collaborate with editorial to create compelling brand partnerships and advertorials
• Develop marketing campaigns that grow awareness and subscriptions for Homes & Gardens India
• Work closely with global commercial teams to align pricing, positioning and opportunities
• Identify new revenue streams, sponsorships and event partnerships
• Produce sales collateral, media kits and presentations that showcase the brand’s authority
• Monitor performance and deliver regular reports on sales, marketing activity and ROI

Essential experience

• Proven experience in advertising sales, media partnerships or brand marketing
• Strong knowledge of the Indian luxury, lifestyle and interiors sectors
• Track record of building and maintaining client relationships at a senior level
• Commercially driven, with experience developing multi-platform campaigns
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
• Experience delivering events or sponsorship activations a plus
• Passion for the ethos of Homes & Gardens and ability to represent the brand with confidence
