Role Overview

Marketing Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute

  integrated marketing strategies

  for brand launch and growth (digital + offline)
• Plan, run, and optimize

  Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads

  , plus other paid media channels
• Drive

  offline marketing

  including events, sampling, collaborations, and hyperlocal outreach
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce impactful visuals, videos, and campaigns
• Track and report

  marketing KPIs

  and ROI, ensuring accountability and data-driven decision making
• Manage marketing budgets effectively and explore cost-effective growth hacks
• Build strong customer engagement, loyalty, and brand advocacy
• Coordinate with sales and store operations for cohesive brand experience

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in

  digital marketing, offline marketing, or both

• Proven track record in running

  Meta Ads

  with measurable results
• Strong understanding of

  brand building

  and consumer psychology
• Experience managing a creative/content team
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to

  own results

  and work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills
