Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning:

    Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to align with business goals and project objectives.
  • Market Research:

    Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, understand market trends, and analyze buyer behavior.
  • Campaign Management:

    Plan, execute, and oversee various marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Content Creation:

    Create and oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, and property listings.
  • Digital Marketing:

    Manage and optimize digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising, to reach potential buyers and sellers.
  • Event Management:

    Organize and conduct events like property viewings and open houses to showcase properties and attract buyers.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with sales teams, developers, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach.
  • Reporting & Analysis:

    Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and market feedback to senior management.
  • Budget Management:

    Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure maximum return on investment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    Proven experience in real estate sales and marketing.
  • Market Knowledge:

    Strong understanding of the real estate market, industry trends, and buyer behaviors.
  • Communication:

    Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Digital Skills:

    Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, CRM software, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant marketing software.
  • Soft Skills:

    Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
