Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and oversee all aspects of marketing strategy, branding, campaigns, and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, customer insights, digital platforms, and team leadership to help drive brand awareness and achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to achieve business goals.
• Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Manage social media presence, digital campaigns, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating reports and insights for improvement.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring ROI-driven campaigns.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to achieve targets.
• Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
• Build relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing or related roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in B2B/B2C marketing (depending on company type) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
