Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop, plan, and execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to achieve business goals and strengthen brand presence.
Manage advertising and branding activities across print, digital, and offline channels.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of marketing materials.
Organize and oversee corporate events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities.
Lead and motivate the marketing team to achieve performance targets.
Collaborate with management and internal departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication platforms.
Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, preparing reports and suggesting improvements.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in marketing
Graduation/MBA in Marketing or related field
Strong knowledge of advertising, branding, printing, and event management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively
