With operations across France, India, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, and the USA, we serve shipyards, engine manufacturers, and dealers worldwide. As part of our ambitious growth and innovation plan, we are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to strengthen our global brand, streamline product communications, and support our dealer and subsidiary network. Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Collateral & Brand Communication - Lead the redesign and periodic update of product selection guides, company catalogues, brochures, and technical marketing materials. - Ensure consistency of brand identity across all channels (print, digital, exhibitions, and social media). - Coordinate with internal R&D and sales teams for accurate technical content and product highlights. 2. Digital Marketing & Online Presence - Oversee corporate website updates (product launches, news, events, dealer support). - Manage social media strategy (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook) with regular posts, campaigns, and engagement. - Plan and circulate E-newsletters to global clients, dealers, and subsidiaries. - Monitor SEO/SEM, analytics, and lead generation from digital platforms. 3. Event & Exhibition Management - Plan and coordinate participation in international exhibitions (e.g., SMM Hamburg, Europort, INMEX, etc.). - Design and manage exhibition booths, posters, catalogues, and presentations. - Ensure timely delivery of marketing material for events. 4. Dealer & Subsidiary Support - Provide regular marketing kits and support material to worldwide dealers and subsidiaries. - Coordinate global campaigns and ensure alignment of messaging across markets. - Develop case studies, client success stories, and testimonials for global sharing. 5. Strategy & Leadership - Work with top management to define annual marketing strategy and budget. - Analyze global market trends and competitor activities to refine positioning. - Collaborate with sales teams for targeted campaigns to enhance order intake. Desired Candidate Profile - Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, or equivalent degree. Background in Engineering + Marketing is highly valued. - Experience: 5–10 years of proven experience in B2B industrial or marine/engineering sector marketing. Strong portfolio in catalogue design, exhibition management, and digital campaigns. - Skills: Proficiency in marketing software (Adobe InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop, MS Office, Mailchimp, CRM tools). Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools. Excellent communication skills (English required; French/Spanish will be a plus). Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
