Role Summary / Purpose

  • A Marketing Manager works to improve an organizations market position around the glob and achieve financial growth. This person defines longterm organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. They will also help manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive.

Duties and Responsibilities of Marketing Manager:

  • Handling all the activities starting from lead generation to preparation of quotation,negotiation,order finalization, production planning, dispatch planning.
  • Identifying new sales leads and pitching products and/or services. Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity.
  • Adhere to all quality standards and processes, for the acquisition of customers, opportunities and submission of tender and contract documents.
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers and develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings to identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities.
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meeting with clients to inform them about new developments in the companys products.
  • Manage Commercial and Marketing to meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition.
  • Apply Company wide project management standards in preparing bids and manage order levels maintaining the CRM database and contracts, responding to customer needs and managing the sales process from opportunity identification to customer sign off.
  • Handling Business Development of Product like Air Preheater(APH),
    Electrostatic Precipitator(ESP) and Boiler Components.
  • To search for various projects for Oil & Gas, Power Plants, Refineries, etc., to generate business inquiry for various APH, ESP, and Boiler components.
  • Take the approval of products specification from client and coordinate between the customer and the Design engineers for custom designs.
  • Search for various project consultants for our Brand & Product promotions, should handling the channel partners for new Business Development.
  • Work with Individual and Group marketing to develop marketing campaigns to support Sales Strategy.
  • Undertake regular project reviews with all involved in these processes to ensure transfer of knowledge.
  • Researching the needs of other companies and raise awareness of other company products.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives and preparing Power Point presentations and sales displays.
  • Develop a sales contact plan direct marketing, and attending industry events to build relationships with key prospects.
  • Should travel extensively around the world for focusing Domestic and International Markets.
  • Exclusively should know about International marketing and to be adaptable for foreign visit to get the export orders.
  • Handling company website and Digital marketing activities like mailers, Newsletters, new catalog designs and brochure designs.
  • Understand a prospects business needs and work with the expert teams to develop a tailored digital marketing proposal.
  • Respond to incoming Requests for Information (RFI's), Requests for Proposals (RFP's) in a professional and creative manner.
  • Work closely with colleagues to identify common new business prospects and cross.
  • Represent the Seminar, industry events, speaking forums and new business events conducted by our organization.
  • Work closely with Marketing to identify appropriate market messaging for specific business sectors.
  • Attend international seminor and conferences to promote companys presence and focus on the great impact events and trade shows.
  • Maintain all new processes and promote all marketing programs to optimize growth.
  • Assist department in recruitment and training of sales staff and identify all strengths and weaknesses provide support to sales and marketing team.
  • Develop, manage and organize all marketing materials and provide an interface with company staffs and international distributors.
  • Maintain knowledge in regional customer and appropriate requirements and maintain relationship with regional trade associations and industry to promote marketing opportunities.
  • Assist various departments to initiate strategic decisions and manage development of regional marketing collateral.
  • Administer and monitor all marketing and P&Ls budgets to monitor marketing progress against budget and goals.
  • Facilitate product marketing in assigned areas and provide support to marketing personnel on order output forecasts.
  • Prepare and manage international proposals, license issues, teaming agreements and cooperate with regional marketing to assist on new release assets.
  • Develop and maintain professional contacts with consultants, customer, international marketing representatives and original equipment manufacturers.
  • Participate in development and evaluation of marketing budgets according to plans and minimize marketing costs.
  • Develop and collaborate strategies with international teams, agencies and internal divisions.
  • Manage all communication with internal teams and provide support to all marketing updates to region. Manage legal approval process for territories and proposed efficient activities.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Experience: 10+ Yrs of Sales or Marketing

Education Qualification : Any UG / PG degree (MBA Marketing preferable)

Industrial Type : Manufacturing / Industrial / Production / IT / Software / BPO
