Why This Role Matters
We’re investing in a new strategic initiative to accelerate performance-driven growth for emerging and scaling D2C brands. This initiative complements our broader ecosystem by partnering with in-house teams, external agencies, and creative stakeholders—working collaboratively to amplify what already works, and solve for what doesn’t. As Marketing Manager, you’ll lead a team focused on delivering measurable performance outcomes—spanning paid campaigns, funnel optimization, and experimentation. This is both a strategic and execution-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of growth, leadership, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Own
- Lead and mentor a pod of marketers and associates focused on growth marketing for D2C/eCommerce brands
- Own the strategy and execution of paid campaigns, primarily across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), optimizing for CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR
- Act as a growth partner for brands—supporting budget planning, funnel diagnostics, creative experimentation, and campaign performance
- Ensure seamless collaboration with client teams and agency partners to deliver strong, consistent outcomes
- Build scalable playbooks and lead internal upskilling on platform innovations, ad tech updates, and data-driven decision making
- Work cross-functionally with internal GoKwik teams—product, analytics, partnerships—to unlock compounding growth
Who You Are
- 6–10 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally with a mix of agency and brand-side exposure
- Proven track record of running ROI-positive Meta campaigns, including budget scaling and creative testing
- Deep understanding of the eCommerce and D2C funnel, especially for SMBs and emerging digital-first brands
- Experience in managing and mentoring high-performing teams
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical chops—comfortable with metrics, dashboards, and conversion paths
- Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across clients, agencies, and internal teams
