We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven professional to lead our marketing initiatives and contribute to our growth story!

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager (Domestic & Export) to join Futuristic Packaging Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer in the Pharma Packaging Industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing and sales strategies for both domestic and international markets, driving growth, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing & sales strategies for domestic and export markets.

Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base globally.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with pharma clients, distributors, and partners.

Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Participate in national & international trade fairs and exhibitions.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.

Drive brand visibility through digital marketing and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing / International Business / MBA or equivalent.

4–5 years of experience in Pharma Packaging Industry (Blister Foil / Alu-Alu Foil preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Experience in export documentation, client handling, and market development.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
