• Monitor sales outcomes and ROI to refine marketing strategies in real-time.
  

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, manage, and inspire a team of international marketing professionals.
• Set clear KPIs and monitor performance for all team members.
• Design and execute training programs to upskill the marketing team.
  

Monthly International Marketing Visits

• Conduct regular overseas visits to meet clients, attend events, and gather market insights firsthand.
  

Other Business Development Activities

• Continuously explore new avenues and partnerships to increase global sales and market share.

Requirements
