Marketing ManagerJob Summary:The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to enhance, sales growth, and maintain its market leadership within the competitive dairy and food industry. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of FMCG marketing, consumer behaviour, and the dairy market's specific challenges and opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Brand Management:Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen Dairy Food & confectionery maintain its iconic status.Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.Manage brand reputation and address any potential issues.Marketing Strategy & Planning:Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive activities, and market opportunities.Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns, including ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) activities.Plan and execute new product launches, ensuring successful market penetration.Market Analysis & Reporting:Monitor and Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour.Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.Gather relevant market insights and consumer feedback by regular market visits.Qualifications:Bachelors or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the FMCG or dairy industry. Strong understanding of brand management, marketing strategy, and consumer behaviour.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.Knowledge of the Indian food and beverage market.Experience with sales planning, and distribution management.Experience in new product launches.
