Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, overseeing content creation, and driving brand awareness and lead generation across multiple channels. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and leadership to effectively grow our brand and customer base. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Plan and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, email, social media, events, and print. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively. Lead the marketing team, providing guidance and performance feedback. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to inform strategy. Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to support go-to-market strategies. Track and report on key marketing KPIs, using data to optimize performance. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners. Oversee content development, including website, blogs, email newsletters, and promotional materials. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred). 2+ years of experience in marketing. Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Creative thinker with an analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
