This is a full-time, on-site role focused on developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand visibility and user acquisition for FlyCrypto. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive marketing plans across multiple channels. Manage FlyCrypto’s social media presence, including content creation and community engagement. Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to craft compelling marketing campaigns and materials. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Lead sales initiatives and foster customer relationships to accelerate growth. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI. Qualifications: Strong expertise in marketing strategy and execution. Proven experience in social media marketing and digital communication. Skilled in sales and customer relationship management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team. Prior experience in fintech or blockchain industry is a significant plus.
