Job Title: Bath Linens and Towels Sales Marketing Specialist for Hotels and Hospitals

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented marketing manager to join our team, focusing on promoting and selling bath linens and towels for hotels and hospitals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, sales, and understanding the unique requirements of these two distinct markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors within the hospitality and healthcare industries. Analyze the data to develop effective marketing strategies and sales plans.

2. Product Development and Positioning: Collaborate with the product development team to create innovative and high-quality bath linens and towels that cater to the specific needs of hotels and hospitals. Develop unique selling propositions and positioning strategies to differentiate our products from competitors.

3. Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns to promote our products to potential clients in the hotel and hospital sectors. This includes creating engaging content, developing promotional materials, and organizing events or webinars to showcase our offerings.

4. Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide them with the necessary marketing materials, product information, and support to effectively pitch our products to potential clients. Attend sales meetings and trade shows to represent the company and build strong relationships with customers.

5. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and sales activities, providing regular reports to the management team. Analyze the data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.

6. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to achieve the desired results.

Qualifications:

- Any degree related to marketing or currently pursuing a degree in marketing or a relates field.

- Strong understanding of the hospitality and healthcare markets, including their unique needs and challenges

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
