  1. AI-Driven Content Marketing Excellence

    • Create SEO-optimized articles, blogs, and product content using AI tools • Target: Significant organic traffic growth and search visibility • Metric: Content engagement rates and organic search performance
  2. Multi-Channel Campaign Orchestration

    • Execute email marketing automation, PR outreach, and influencer partnerships • Target: Build brand awareness across all digital touchpoints • Metric: Channel-specific engagement and qualified lead generation
  3. Social Media & Community Building

    • Manage Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn with creative campaigns and giveaways • Target: Grow engaged community of heritage-loving global citizens • Metric: Follower growth, engagement rates, and social-driven conversions
  4. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

    • Lead A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user journey improvements • Target: Continuously improve website conversion performance • Metric: Conversion rate improvements and funnel optimization success
  5. Brand Storytelling & PR

    • Coordinate media outreach and maintain brand consistency across all channels • Target: Secure quality media coverage and backlinks • Metric: PR-driven traffic and brand mention quality

  1. AI-Powered Content Creation

    : Expertise in leveraging AI tools for scalable, SEO-optimized content production that maintains brand voice and quality
  2. Data-Driven Marketing Strategy

    : Ability to analyze performance metrics across channels and optimize campaigns based on ROI and conversion data
  3. Creative Campaign Development

    : Track record of executing innovative marketing campaigns, influencer partnerships, and community-building initiatives
  4. Technical Marketing Skills

    : Experience with marketing automation, CRO tools, A/B testing, and landing page optimization
Experience and Qualifications Required
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  2. 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands
  3. Proven expertise in SEO, content marketing, and social media management
  4. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRO tools
  5. Strong copywriting skills and eye for visual brand consistency
  6. Nice-to-have

    : Experience with influencer marketing, PR outreach, or working with heritage/cultural brands
