Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Development & Marketing

  • Collaborated with creative agencies to design websites and develop compelling social media content (e.g., reels, static posts) in alignment with brand identity and business goals.
  • Acted as the key liaison between internal teams and agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery of creative assets.
  • Ensured consistent brand messaging across all platforms and drove customer engagement through social media campaigns.

2. Media Planning & Coordination

  • Coordinated with internal departments and resource persons to source and plan advertisements.
  • Built and maintained strong relationships with media houses for strategic partnerships.
  • Executed barter deals with radio stations for events and promotional activities.

3. Financial Management

  • Processed vendor invoices, tracked submissions and approvals, and managed data entry in financial software.
  • Prepared detailed monthly and quarterly marketing expenditure reports, highlighting spend trends and variances for management review.

4. Outdoor Advertising (OOH)

  • Negotiated and managed revenue-generating partnerships for sites and outdoor hoardings (SOH).
  • Liaised with multiple agencies for media buying and campaign execution across various formats.

5. Vendor & Agency Management

  • Managed vendor relationships to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
  • Monitored service quality, delivery timelines, and adherence to budget and brand standards.

6. Event Planning & Public Relations

  • Planned and managed on-site event execution including décor, logistics, and celebrity coordination.
  • Oversaw high-profile events such as movie premieres, festive events, fashion shows, store launches, and media nights.
  • Coordinated with PR agencies for media coverage, interviews, and photo opportunities to promote properties and maintain a positive brand image.

7. Campaign Planning & Strategy

  • Conceptualized integrated marketing campaigns and worked closely with agencies for execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
