Key Responsibilities Develop and design visual content for a variety of platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, advertisements, and print materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across all channels. Translate brand strategy into powerful and purposeful creative concepts. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas. Amend designs based on feedback and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with motion graphics, web design, or UX/UI is a plus. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Creative flair, originality, and a strong visual sense. Ability to take constructive feedback and apply it to improve designs. Collaborate and coordinate with multiple marketing agencies. Define scope of work, timelines, and output expectations for each partner/vendor. Lead vendor negotiations, contract finalizations, and manage performance metrics. Continuously research global marketing trends and implement relevant best practices. Explore new technology tools and creative approaches to enhance campaign impact and automation. Submit a report within 15 days of each visit detailing observations and insights on practices and innovations witnessed during that visit. Maintain centralized control over marketing calendars, team productivity, and agency outputs. Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Display Ads, Email, Content, Influencer). Lead project launches with digital roadmaps tailored for pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases. Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Guide creation of landing pages, blogs, property brochures, videos, and other digital assets. Build brand through storytelling, social proof (reviews/testimonials), and influencer collaborations.
