Role Overview: As a Lead Generation and Administrative Support professional, your primary responsibility will involve conducting telephonic outreach to potential customers for lead generation. You will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support throughout the sales process, ensuring end-to-end closure with the requirement to travel to customer locations across Pan India. Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the sales team by assisting in daily operations, preparing sales reports, managing schedules, and organizing sales meetings to ensure smooth functioning of the sales process. - Handle order processing, including order entry, monitoring order status, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. - Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and promptly resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction. - Prepare and maintain sales documents such as quotations, contracts, and invoices. - Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of records. - Coordinate with other departments such as production, logistics, and finance to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery. - Conduct market research to gather market intelligence, support sales strategies, generate sales reports, and provide analytical support to the sales team to track performance and identify trends. - Perform tele-calling activities to verify and update customer information, ensuring data accuracy and consistency in records, particularly in the BPO/KPO domain. Qualifications Required: - MBA in Marketing with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. - Willingness to travel extensively throughout India for business purposes. - Age requirement: individuals aged 35 and above. Additional Details: The work environment will primarily be a standard office setting with occasional visits to clients or attendance at trade shows. The location of work will be in Vadodara, Gujarat. The salary range for this position is between 25,000/- to 40,000/- plus variable components. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person presence at the work location.,
