Job Description: Manager Marketing Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies. Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts. Generating new business leads. Increasing brand awareness and market share. Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments. Developing and managing the marketing budget. Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns. Manage the marketing team. Assign responsibilities to the team according to their profiles. Take daily reporting of marketing team on given tasks and projects. Present business growth strategy to management and work accordingly. Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events. Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Should have 5-6 years of experience as a marketing manager. Proven experience of team management. Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods. Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices. Proficient in MS Office software. Familiarity with social media and web analytics. Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Creativity and commercial awareness. Graduate/post graduate in marketing.
