Role: Marketing Manager, South Asia

A critical role will lead the execution of regional marketing strategy across South Asia, with strong ownership of species-wise marketing plans, demand generation, CRM discipline, and pipeline development. The role requires a hands-on, execution-driven leader who can translate strategy into impactful marketing programs aligned with business objectives to increase revenue and profitability in the country & region.
Drive awareness, conversion and loyalty along the customer journey through online and offline channels, thereby building ANH brand equity and thought leadership.
Position context

- Strategies, develop and manage marketing programs, implement and drive results and species-wise focus
Your Key Responsibilities:

Regional Marketing Leadership & Execution
- Develop and implement
species-wise annual marketing plans
, aligned with market needs, customer requirements, and BG marketing and communications strategy, to achieve defined business objectives. - Own the end-to-end execution of regional marketing initiatives with clear accountability for outcomes, timelines, and ROI.
- Translate strategic priorities into executable plans that drive market pull and commercial impact.

Product Management & Market Positioning
- Lead product management activities across species segments, including product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
- Ensure product strategies are aligned with species-specific market dynamics and customer needs.
- Develop high-quality marketing and sales enablement materials, including product and marketing presentation decks.
Demand Generation & Customer Acquisition
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through structured marketing programs such as advertising campaigns, webinars, seminars, and trade shows.
- Design and execute targeted marketing initiatives to expand reach within priority customer segments.
- Create a sustained pull in the market through integrated marketing programs and campaigns.
CRM Governance & Pipeline Ownership
- Drive disciplined CRM adoption and hygiene across sales and marketing teams.
- Ensure accurate opportunity tracking and pipeline visibility to support business forecasting.
- Generate regular CRM and marketing performance reports, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure a healthy and qualified pipeline.
Events & Market Activation
- Plan, manage, and execute regional and local marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and customer engagements.
- Ensure events are aligned with species-wise marketing plans and deliver measurable lead generation and engagement outcomes.
Global Alignment & Marketing Communications
- Leverage and localize global marketing communication assets, campaigns, and tools for South Asia.
- Ensure alignment with BG marketing and communications strategy while adapting content to regional market realities.
- Act as a bridge between global marketing teams and regional execution.
Sales Enablement & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with regional sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities.
- Rally sales teams around priority campaigns and species-wise focus areas.
- Enable sales with relevant tools, insights, and messaging to support customer conversations and conversions.

You Bring:
- Degree in Science/ Marketing/ Veterinary will be preferred
- 10-12+ years of relevant experience in marketing
- Strong experience in project management and analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
