Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for drywall products in the B2B segment.
Build strong relationships with key customers, influencers, and stakeholders through effective communication and engagement.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets or expand existing ones.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products or services, ensuring successful product marketing initiatives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform market development efforts.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-10 years of experience in B2B Marketing, preferably in building materials industry.
Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E.) or MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a reputed institution.
Proven track record of success in influencer marketing, growth marketing, events management, market planning, and relationship-building.
