Marketing Manager - Degrees

About the Role:

As a Marketing Manager, you will drive high-impact marketing strategies for India’s leading online degree programs in collaboration with top-tier university partners. This role demands a balance of strategic thinking, creative storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and seamless execution. You’ll be responsible for launching and scaling multi-channel campaigns, building brand equity, and ensuring each program’s success through close collaboration with internal teams and university stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive, goal-aligned marketing strategies in collaboration with partner universities and internal stakeholders.

· Campaign Management: Lead multi-channel campaigns across platforms like WhatsApp, Email, etc to drive engagement, and improve reactivations.

· Content & Storytelling: Oversee creation of high-impact content including video testimonials, alumni success stories, webinars, and blog posts to build credibility and connect with audiences.

· Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and university partners to ensure seamless execution, brand consistency, and impactful communication.

· Innovation & Insights: Leverage market research, competitor analysis, influencer marketing, and emerging tools like AI personalization to stay ahead of trends.

· Brand & Content Management: Ensure consistent brand storytelling and messaging across all content and platforms, aligned with university partner ethos.

· Stakeholder & Partner Management: Manage relationships with university partners and internal stakeholders to align on marketing goals, execution, and performance.

Who We’re Looking For

· 3+ years of marketing experience in digital-first companies (EdTech, consumer tech, or D2C preferred).

· Strong creative thinking for developing compelling campaigns and content.

· Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for working across teams and with university partners.

· Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools(Clevertap, MoEngage, etc)
