Marketing Manager- Content and Digital


Role Overview

The Marketing Manager - Content and Digital will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content and digital marketing strategy to increase Tooliqa’s brand presence and generate high-quality leads for our B2B software platform. This role requires a creative, strategic, and data-driven individual who can craft compelling content, manage digital channels, and expand our reach to drive measurable business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Creation

    :
  • Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with Tooliqa’s business goals to enhance brand visibility and generate inbound inquiries.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, email campaigns, and website content tailored to B2B audiences.
  • Collaborate with product teams to translate technical features into compelling value propositions for target audiences.
  • Digital Marketing & Distribution

    :
  • Manage and optimize our existing digital channels, including website, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
  • Identify and leverage new digital channels to expand reach and engagement with B2B audiences.
  • SEO & Analytics

    :
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and rankings.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track performance, measure ROI, and refine strategies based on data insights.
  • Brand Positioning

    :
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all content and digital touchpoints.
  • Position Tooliqa as a thought leader in the B2B software space through insightful content and industry-relevant narratives.
  • Collaboration & Leadership

    :
  • Work closely with design, sales, and product teams to align content with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Manage external vendors (e.g., content writers, agencies) as needed to support content production and distribution.
  • Mentor junior team members (if applicable) to build a cohesive marketing team.


Qualifications

  • Education

    :
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • A master’s degree or MBA in Marketing is a plus.


Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably in a B2B technology or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, paid advertising, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Zoho CRM, SEMrush).
  • Experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads).


Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer personas and the ability to create targeted content.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM), and marketing automation platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic approach to problem-solving.


Other Requirements

  • Ability to work from the office in Gurgaon, Haryana.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for technology and an understanding of the B2B software landscape is a plus.
