Marketing Manager

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase our web traffic, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  
• Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g., website, blogs, emails, social media, and display advertising) to ensure brand consistency.
  
• Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget based on trends and insights.
  
• Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction.
  
• Oversee our social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
  
• Develop and manage projects and team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects.
  
• Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information.
  
• Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
  
• Plan, execute and manage the 360 marketing plans and budgets.
  
• Monitor competition in the market (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features) regularly and frame strategies accordingly.
  
• Create strategies for establishing long-term digital connections with customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years in a managerial role within the marketing field.

  Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight for marketing activities.

• 
  High level of creativity and innovation in developing marketing approaches.

• 
  Expertise in using marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).

  Deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and segmentation strategies.

• 
  Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
