Essential Function
1. Supervise and manage the creative team In house and Agencies 2. Support sales team with up-to-date and aligned marketing materials 3. Plan, create and oversee the design, content, and production of all marketing materials 4. Plan promotional and awareness campaigns and in market support 5. Manage all POS development and execution of online and print materials for campaigns 6. Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide them to meet objectives for all advertising and public--facing communications, including print, digital 7. Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels 8. Monitor, track, and document campaign results; analyse data/returns/customer response 9. Cultivate and integrate new ideas and campaigns that align with current and future sales goals 10. Work with product development team to manage new product development , packaging designs 11. Manage launch campaigns for new products. 12. Develop and Manage marketing vendor / agencies 13. Plan and execute product shoots for packaging 14. Plan and execute TVC shoot with agencies 15. Track and manage marketing budgets
