Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of multichannel marketing strategies, including digital and traditional platforms. This role requires a creative thinker with a passion for performance marketing and the ability to analyze data to inform decision-making.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and enhance brand visibility.
Manage SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website.
Oversee social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook Advertising, to engage our target audience effectively.
Utilize digital marketing techniques, including email marketing and content marketing, to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, ensuring our strategies remain relevant.
Collaborate with the sales team to create advertising sales strategies that support revenue growth.
Manage the creation of engaging content across multiple channels, utilizing Adobe Creative Suite for design needs.
Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency in campaign execution.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other metrics to optimize future marketing efforts.
Oversee budgeting for all marketing activities, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
