Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. Should have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Head MarketingRole Overview:We are seeking a dynamic leader to head Sales & Marketing for our LV, MV & HV cable business. The role involves driving revenue growth, market expansion, and brand leadership across project, utility, EPC, industrial, and dealer segments in both domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities:- Define and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve growth and profitability targets. - Lead project sales, tendering, and specification initiatives across infrastructure, T&D, metro, renewables, and industrial segments. - Secure product approvals and vendor registrations with utilities, PSUs, consultants, and EPCs. - Oversee brand positioning, marketing communications, exhibitions, and digital campaigns. - Strengthen dealer and distributor networks, and manage key accounts for utilities and EPCs. - Develop pricing strategies and commercial frameworks aligned with business objectives. - Lead and mentor high-performing teams across sales, marketing, and tendering functions. - Review market intelligence, competitor activities, and sales MIS to support strategic decisions. - Collaborate with Production, QA/QC, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure project delivery and customer satisfaction. Skills & Competencies:- Strong technical and commercial acumen in LV, MV & HV cables and systems. - In-depth understanding of power T&D, utility and EPC project ecosystems. - Proven leadership in managing teams, large accounts, and complex sales cycles. - Excellent analytical, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities. Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred. - 1218+ years of experience in the cable or electrical power equipment industry. - Minimum 68 years in senior sales & marketing leadership roles. - Demonstrated achievements in HV/EHV project sales and utility approvals.
