Role Overview
The company is looking for a Marketing Manager with experience in the 2-wheeler/automotive service segment and strong digital and ATL marketing skills. The role focuses on helping franchises quickly acquire their first 100–500 customers, designing integrated campaigns, and reactivating marketing channels to boost footfall when needed. The manager will build visibility from LOI to franchise opening, track customer attribution, and present ROI evidence of brand-led initiatives, ensuring the company’s marketing strategies drive growth while reinforcing its promise of transparent, cost-effective, customer-centric servicing.Key Responsibilities
  • Industry Experience
  • Prior work in 2-wheeler or automotive service segment (mandatory).
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle in vehicle servicing (frequency, ticket size, LTV).
  • Familiarity with franchise operations and customer acquisition challenges.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise
  • Proven track record in digital campaigns (Google Ads, social media, CRM/ERP integration).
  • Experience in customer segmentation, attribution modeling, and ROI tracking.
  • Ability to design A/B tests and measure traction from activity-specific coupon codes.
  • Strong grasp of performance analytics dashboards.
  • ATL (Above-the-Line) Marketing
  • Hands-on experience with mass campaigns: print, radio, outdoor, events.
  • Ability to integrate ATL with digital and BTL for cohesive strategy.
  • Skilled in activation points (salons, gyms, office spaces, digital platforms).
  • Customer Acquisition & Retention
  • Develop strategies to help franchises acquire the first 100–500 customers quickly.
  • Design welcome kits, reward coupons, and loyalty programs to lock customers in.
  • Reactivate campaigns during sales slowdowns to boost footfall.
  • Ensure campaigns are company-funded, not franchise-burdened.
  • Strategic & Analytical Skills
  • Build end-to-end visibility from LOI → franchise opening.
  • Track customer source attribution (company vs. walk-in vs. franchise-driven).
  • Present long-term ROI evidence of brand-led initiatives to attract new franchisees.
  • Collaborate with operations to align marketing with service excellence.
Candidate Profile
  • Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.
  • Experience: 5–8 years in automotive/2-wheeler service marketing.
  • Skills: Digital marketing tools, ATL campaign execution, CRM/ERP analytics, franchise marketing.
  • Traits: Strategic thinker, data-driven, hands-on executor, strong communication, ability to work with distributed franchise teams.
